I would love to meet you and see if I am a good fit for you and answer any questions. I only take 2-3 clients per month, so to be sure you get a spot on my calendar, contact me today to schedule your consultation
Phone & Email Support
Once under contract, you will have access to me. I will be available to you through phone and email support as you need it.
1-2 Prenatal Visits
We will meet one to two times during your pregnancy to get more familiar with each other, discuss your desired birth, and go over what you see my role to be. We will go over any information you need and I can provide you with resources such as book recommendations and handouts.
When your birthing time starts, I will join you and your birth partner when you are ready for support. I will stay with you and provide continuous support until baby arrives.
Postpartum folliow-up visit
I will set up a postpartum visit within the first 1-3 weeks after birth, once you are settled in. We can discuss your birth and I can help fill in any gaps in the timeline. We can discuss any support you may need and I will provide you with referrals.
As a Doula, I Do Not:
Perform any clinical tasks
I do not check fetal heart tones, blood pressure, or do vaginal exams.
Make decisions for you
I will not make decisions for you, but I will support you in whatever decisions you make for your birth.
Speak to the staff on your behalf
It is up to you, your birth partner, or other family member to speak for you regarding your care.
Fee for Services
My current fee for services is $800. A non-refundable deposit of $265, 1/3 of the total, is due at the time of contract signing to reserve your spot on my calendar. The remaining is due at the time of your birth. Payment plans are available.
The fee is based on time spent with you in prenatal and postpartum meetings, the labor and birth, as well as the benefit of my experience, education and training I bring to each and every client.

Project any of my own beliefs onto your experience
This is your birth, not mine. I will not try to influence you based on my personal beliefs.
